For pharmacy delivery

Proof of delivery that stands up, with the rules that vary by jurisdiction handled as configuration rather than as something a driver has to remember.

What the driver is asked for

  • Signature. Captured on the phone and attached to the delivery record.
  • ID and age checks where the jurisdiction requires them, prompted at the door rather than looked up.
  • Photo proof of a completed delivery, or of a problem — a closed door, a damaged package.
  • Refrigerated handling with temperature capture where the medication needs it.

Controlled substances are not supported. We do not handle DEA-scheduled medications, and would rather tell you now than after you have signed. If that is part of your work, we are not the right fit for it.

Residential deliveries and privacy

For deliveries to a home we record the signature and not the recipient's name. A name at a residential address can identify a patient, and our whole architecture is built on not holding patient identifiers. For deliveries to a facility, we record the staff member who signed — that is a professional acting in their role.
